The IdeaFestival’s Taste of Innovation celebrates the strong and unique place that Louisville holds in the nation’s culinary arts and distilling spirits communities. Held at Copper & Kings Distillery on September 30, 2015, Taste is an event featuring spirits and local delicacies provided by many of the region’s most creative chefs, restaurants, brewers, baristas, distillers and mixologists.
